Well, I'm slowly pulling out of my annual winter blues (I think). I've been busy with my new stake assignment. I'm stake food storage specialist... I don't feel like I'm accomplishing very much.
Our stake covers all of West Texas. As you can imagine, the economic diversity is extreme. We have many stake members that speak only Spanish. I decided to start a website but I don't feel like it is overly helpful (many people don't have computers). I am trying to find a sister to translate this into Spanish and I'd love to find someone to help post about things.... here is the link if you'd like to check it out!
Only about 13% of our stake has their food storage! So, I'm open to suggestions. (The nearest church cannery is five hours away).

I have no help, but that is my new calling as well! We have oodles of opportunities (wet pack cannery, dry pack cannery, etc, etc) that it is almost overwhelming. Of course it doesn't help that I have zero desire to do anything with it since this baby will arrive in 15 days. Ugh!
Oh, I'm glad we share callings! But new baby takes precedence! I'm excited for your little one to come so we can see her!
