Yummy Strawberry Rhubarb Crisp

My Grandma Loveland loved strawberry rhubarb pie and I'm with her! I love the combination of sweet and tart. I tried this simple
crisp recipe and it is wonderful. I enjoyed some happy memories of grandma's loving personality while planning this dish. Isn't it interesting how certain foods remind us of certain people?

Don't you just love this mini corning ware dish? I found it at an estate sale and it was so cute I couldn't pass it up. The vintage pillowcases were at the same sale and I think they will make a pretty addition to my home.
